High performance, flexible technical resourcesHITEX has three levels of equipment to guide you from the R&D stage through to the industrial production stage :
Laboratory equipment : 0.2 and 2-litre extractors are used for the exploratory trials or for screening raw materials.
Pilot equipment : 4 l and 60-litre extractors allow confirmation of the initial results and extracts to be obtained in significant quantities. A pilot column is used to study liquid product subjects and to produce the first batches.
Industrial equipment : HITEX has 150 and 500-litre extractors designed for industrial production and an industrial fractionation column for liquids. Mixing, agitation, filtration and drying equipment complement the supercritical CO2 installations, and allow us to optimise the processes by preparing the raw materials and to perform the finishing work on the extracts.
